Welcome to my website!

I am a fiddler in the Quebecois tradition and I am very proud of my heritage.  For the last 15 years, I have south africa binary options brokers been touring the world with my trio, Genticorum, and over that period, I have been blessed with many opportunities for interesting detours.

I have been involved in many projects over the years and this website allows me to tell you more about them: There's a new duo project with guitarist Yann Falquet, CDs, Quebecois music house-camps  and much more.

From Genticorum's newest album, the «reel Lenoir» is a joint composition by the three members of Genticorum:  Yann Falquet on guitar, Nicholas Williams on accordion and Pascal Gemme on fiddle and foot-tapping.  This video was recorded at «Le Tremplin» Hall in Sherbrooke, QC.

Genticorum is releasing it's 6th album!  The album, called Avant l'orage (Before the Storm) features Yann and Pascal with Nicholas Williams on flute and accordion.

Quartet...!!!

- Genticorum is playing at the festival   La Grande Rencontre in Montréal this coming weekend .  For the occasion, Yann Falquet et myself will share the stage with Nicolas Williams and Alexandre de Grosbois-Garand.

At the end of February 2015 I had the privilege of teaching  a «House Camp» in Australia!  Huge thanks to Judy  Oleinikov for being the instigator and organizer/producer of this wonderful idea!  Please click on the QuasiTrad logo to access the camp's website.

-The TRADQUEBEC blog is now available from the top panel of my website.  The blog is meant as a source of Quebecois traditional repertoire in sheet music and MP3 format.

-Recorded in Paris, France, by  French Label «Buda Musique»: Pascal Gemme and Mario Loiselle's new album «Violon du Québec» was released in October 2013 in France and all of continental Europe! 

-The album has received high praises in fRoots magazine and TRADMAG at the beginning of 2014.
